Francisco Artes is a recognized information security executive who has helped form many of the best practices for securing intellectual property within the computer gaming, motion picture, and television industries. Mr. Artes is also known for his work on cybercrime, hacking, and forensic security with various federal, state and local government organizations as well as law enforcement agencies such as the US Dept. of Homeland Security, FBI, Texas Rangers, and US Marshals.

Mr. Steele has more than twenty-five years experience as a technology entrepreneur. Has been CEO of two different technology companies in the mobile and digital imaging space. Previously he was the Chief Executive Officer, President, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Quintek Technologies, Inc. a publicly traded company providing Business Process Outsourcing services to Fortune 500 companies such as GMAC, FedEx, Amgen and Nalco. During his time at CMI, Mr. Steele sold and supervised significant systems integration contracts with clients such as Lucent Technologies, Long Airdox Mining (now owned by Berkshire Hathaway), ABB, GSA (General Services Administration), FAA (Federal Aviation Administration), and NRO (National Reconnaissance Office). Adam Slohn serves as Vice President, Production & Business Systems for Warner Bros. Pictures, where he manages the portfolio of systems used in feature film production, as well as systems used by the studio’s creative, production, music, legal, and business affairs divisions. Slohn leads the evaluation and deployment of new software, enhancement of existing systems, and day-to-day management on technology operations. Slohn is also responsible for the evaluation of legal, information security, and content protection requirements for all software solutions and the negotiation of related master agreements that ensure long term compliance.
